SHIPPING & RETURNS


Shipping available to residents of Canada only. Shipping to Quebec and Ontario is $12. Shipping to the rest of Canada is $15.

Shipping to remote areas within Canada is $50.

An additional fee of $10 per item will be added for packages with non-standard weight or size.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES


Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM. Note that processing times are included in delivery times, which range from 1 to 2 weeks. However, for reasons often beyond our control, some products may not be available immediately and may delay shipping times. In such cases, we might issue a refund for the unavailable product and ship your order.

If our team exceeds the processing deadline, an email will be sent to you with the new estimated delivery date and you will have the opportunity to cancel the order

ONLINE REFUND POLICY


All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by a receipt.

The following products are non-refundable: cut merchandise, foams and foam mattresses, kodel, cushion and pillow forms, bra forms, shoulder pads, special orders, custom poles, scissors, rotary cutters and blades, coupons, books and magazines, patterns, yarns, aerosol products and fabric adhesives.

A refund cannot be issued if the customer does not have an invoice, if the product is no longer packaged, or if the packaging is open or unidentifiable as a Club Tissus item.

Two options are available. You can return the merchandise free of charge to the nearest Club Tissus store. The printed invoice will be obligatory and the refund will be processed using the original method of payment.

You can also return items directly to the warehouse by following the instructions in the How to Return a Product section (clickable to go directly to the right section). The postmark date will be used as the date of return. Please note that Club Tissus is not responsible for the costs of return, handling, packaging and other charges when returning merchandise. Return charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.

It is possible, upon presentation of your printed electronic invoice, to exchange the new, unused and undamaged merchandise in its original packaging at any Club Tissus branch. Unfortunately, no exchange will be possible in person at the warehouse.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT


Store returns

To avoid any return costs, you can return the allowed merchandise to any Club Tissus stores. Before you do, do not forget to validate that the items are redeemable or refundable in the In-Store Refund Policy.

1. Go to the service counter of the store of your choice with the merchandise packed, unused and undamaged within 14 days of the date of receipt of the package. Bring a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.
2. The refund will be processed using the original method of payment. Make sure you have your credit or debit card on hand. Refunds for items paid with a gift card are applied to a gift card. Back to top

Warehouse returns

1. Contact customer service by email at service@clubtissus.com or via 1-844-676-5280. Please enter the order number and item number you wish to return. You will receive an authorization number enabling you to print the voucher at home or directly at the post office. Return the wrapped and unused item(s) to the shipping container.

2. Go to the nearest post office and drop off the package. Please remove all non-relevant labels and information from the outside of the package.

3. Return charges apply for returns made directly to the warehouse. The price varies according to the weight, the dimensions as well as your geographical position. We will refund the value of your returned items (minus the Canada Post return fee) using the original method of payment

Please note that store returns will always be free of charge.
