Are the products in store all available online?
Merchandise varies from store to store and on the website. In stores, the products that are available online are identified by a separate label showing the SKU that allows you to recover them quickly. However, please note that online products are subject to availability of stock. Also, it is possible that products available online be unavailable in stores. Please note that we no longer offer the store pickup option for an indefinite period. Back to top
How can I find products available online in stores?
Just note the identification number (SKU) of the product you want to find and we will be able to guide you in the store. All products sold online are indicated with a different label allowing you to quickly identify them. Back to top
Are online and in-store prices the same?
Regular prices are the same in stores and online. However, some promotions are exclusively online or in stores. Your membership entitles you to the same benefits online and in stores. Back to top
What is the difference between buying with an account or as a guest?
Although it is possible to place an order as a guest, opening an account will give you access to your purchase history and getting your information filled out will be quicker every time. However, to access the member price, you will inevitably have to connect to your member account. Back to top

When will the amount of my purchase be charged to my credit card?
As soon as you confirm the purchase, your payment is taken from your credit card. Note that if our inventory quantities were insufficient to complete your order or if the delivery time exceeds the standards set by the company, an email will be sent to you to allow you to change or cancel your order. In such cases, a refund would be made through the original payment method. Back to top
What are the shipping rates?
There are 2 types of delivery: In stores or at home. A fixed fee of $12 is established for all types of orders delivered at home in the province of Quebec and Ontario. For the rest of Canada, a fixed fee of $15 applies. For all remote shipping addresses in Canada, delivery charges will be $50. You will be always informed before confirming your order. What is the delivery delay?
The regular delivery time varies but you should normally receive your order from 2 to 3 weeks after the order confirmation. The delay can be longer if we do not have the quantities required in our warehouse for your order. An email will then be sent to notify you. Back to top
How can I track my package?
Upon confirmation of the dispatch of your package, a tracking number will be given to you. You will be able to track your package via the Canada Post website. Back to top
Can I buy online and pick it up in the store?

Is it possible to deliver to the US or World Wide?
For now, delivery is in Canada only. For special requests, do not hesitate to contact customer service. Back to top
Is it possible to have expedited delivery?

Can I have my order delivered to another address?
You can have your package delivered to a different address than the billing address listed in your account. When finalizing your order, you can choose the option to add a shipping address before confirming your order. Back to top
Is it possible to get a sample of fabric?
It is not possible to order a sample of fabric for now. However, you can order the minimum quantity which is 25 cm; it will allow you to see the fabric before placing a larger order. On the other half, when you are in the store, you can ask the consultant to give you a small sample of the fabric you are looking at. Back to top
How can I exchange or refund my purchase?
You can exchange or return your purchase in stores free of charge or returning them by mail. Be careful because some items are not exchangeable or refundable. Please refer to the “Policies” or to our customer service for details. Back to top
If I want to return a product, what are the procedures and fees?
The first step is to contact our customer service to validate whether the items are returnable or not. If it is the case, two options are available to you: Return in-store or by mail. If you wish to return the merchandise by mail, we will send a label to affix to your package. You can then drop it at the nearest post office. Return costs are at your expense and will be deducted from your refund. Back to top
Do I have to be a member to buy online?
The membership card is not required to purchase online or in stores. The card will, however, give an exclusive discount on all products. Back to top
When does the membership card become advantageous?
The membership card entitles you to a minimum discount of 20% on all your items. Some of them have discounts of up to 50%. If you buy for $100, your economy will be about $20 depending on the different promotions. Generally, the card pays for itself in the first or second purchase. Back to top
Is my membership card valid in all stores and online?

Can I get a Club Tissus gift card on the website?
